HOW TO ENROLL

New hires are able to register for an account to register for their benefits on the first Monday on or after their hire date. 

If enrolling from your work computer, please visit www.myintactUSAbenefits.com - SSO. This secure link will allow direct access to your individualized open enrollment options.

If enrolling from a personal computer or mobile device, please visit www.myintactUSAbenefits.com.  The website will prompt you to enter your USERNAME and your PASSWORD.

  • Your Username is your personal email address.
  • Your initial password is the first letter of your first name (capitalized) + first four letters of your last name (all lower case) + last 4 of SSN.
    Example: Jsmit1234

Our secured website walks you through your available benefits in an easy, step-by-step enrollment flow.

After accepting the website terms and conditions, please click on the Enroll in My Benefits link on the Welcome Page.  You will be prompted to review and add your dependents.  As some of the benefits available to you may depend on information associated with your spouse or child, it is important that you provide this information before starting to make your elections.  All deductions shown are on a per pay basis. 

Beginning with Medical, select the plan and level of coverage you would like and click the NEXT button.  The website will prompt you to repeat this election process for each type of benefit available to you.  You will be prompted to enter additional information where needed.  Each election is saved as you move from one type of benefit to the next.

When you have completed enrollment, the system will present you with a Confirmation Statement screen.  Verify that ALL information is updated correctly.  If your intent is to cover dependents, check to be sure that each dependent is listed as covered under the applicable benefit plan.

Once you have reviewed your Confirmation Statement, you are finished with your online enrollment.  Please remember to print or email a copy for your records.  If you need to change any information, simply go through the easy enrollment process again but change only the desired item.

TIMING

If you added any dependents to your coverage you will also need to provide the dependent verification documents (please see the section below for more information on this requirement) prior to your coverage being approved and sent to the benefit carriers. Benefit elections and dependent verification documents are approved on Wednesdays so if you are looking to expedite your enrollment process you will want to submit the documentation for approval by Tuesday.

Once approved, the carriers will receive your enrollment on the Thursday enrollment file and should have your coverage loaded to their system within a day or two. Once your enrollment is received by the carriers it takes 7-10 days to receive your cards in the mail. If you need your enrollment information prior to receiving the cards in the mail, you will want to contact BCBS of MN or Delta Dental directly for your enrollment information. Please refer to the useful contacts page to find their contact information.

QUALIFYING LIFE EVENTS

Employees may make changes to their benefit elections mid-year if they experience a qualifying life event (marriage, divorce, birth, adoption, or a gain or loss of other coverage.) Qualifying life events must be processed within 30 days following the qualifying life event by logging on to www.myintactUSAbenefits.com or by calling the benefits service center at 1-833-393-0375.

DEPENDENT AUDIT

Intact conducts an audit of dependents covered under our benefit plans. As part of the verification process, you are required to furnish proof of dependent eligibility to the Benefits Administrator - Benefit Express
