Benefits under the OneBeacon® Insurance Pension Plan were frozen as of 12/31/02. If you were hired prior to 1/1/02, you automatically became a participant of the Plan. If you were hired after 12/31/01, you are not eligible to participate in the Plan. The company pays the full cost of the Plan.

If you were hired prior to January 1, 2002, and you haven’t taken your benefit yet, you will have a vested benefit. If applicable, you may call Principal Life Insurance Company at 1-800-247-7011 with any pension related questions.
