Welcome to the Mental Health Benefits page.  Here you will find information on the various mental health benefit offerings that are available to you and your household family members.  We encourage you to take advantage of these free and confidential resources geared toward helping support you through work and life challenges.

Learn to Live

Intact offers a confidential, online mental health program to all US employees through Learn to Live. Learn to Live is an online resource for those struggling with stress, depression, sleeplessness or social anxiety, providing help anywhere, any time. You and family members (age 13 and older) can enroll for free in any of their interactive programs: Social AnxietyDepressionInsomnia, Substance Use, or Stress, Anxiety & Worry. We encourage you to take a quick assessment to find out if any of these challenges are impacting your life.

For free immediate access to these programs, visit the Learn to Live website and enter the access code INTACT1 to get started.  If you are enrolled in a BCBS MN Health Plan, please have your Member ID available.  You do not have to be enrolled in a BCBS MN Health Plan to take advantage of this employee benefit.

Learn to Live also offers access to live and on-demand webinars.  These webinars provide useful tips and strategies to improve your mental wellbeing at no additional cost to you. Webinars can be accessed here:  learntolive.com/webinars. Enter the access code INTACT1 to view the webinars.

Learn to Live is a third party service. Employee information is completely confidential and will not be shared with anyone at Intact.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The Intact Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers emotional support for employees and family through Lincoln Financial.  EAP behavioral health counselors can provide you with support for anxiety, depression, family issues, grief/loss, relationship issues, stress, and alcohol and drug use.  To learn more and get started, visit GuidanceResources Online®.  This service is free to employees and their household family members.
