Military Leave

Leaves of absence may be requested for a number of reasons, including but not limited to: family and medical leave (FMLA), education, health reasons, maternity/paternity or personal. If you have any questions regarding leaves or you need to request a leave please email benefits@intactinsurance.com.

Intact employees who are called upon or who volunteer for service in the Armed Forces have certain rights to employment and reemployment under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 1994 (USERRA). This policy is meant to comply with USERRA in all respects. It can be found on the employee intranet and accessible on the Intact Network.
