Unpaid Leave

Unpaid leave may be requested for a number of reasons, including but not limited to: family and medical leave (FMLA), education, health reasons, maternity/paternity or personal. While on approved unpaid leave, employees may be billed for benefits at the active employee rate or the missed deductions will be made up upon their return, depending on the duration of the leave.

Your manager and Human Resources Generalist must approve all leaves.
