In exchange for completing a preventive care visit and the online Health Assessment, employees and enrolled spouses are eligible to receive $350 each in incentive funding (up to a maximum of $700). This employer funding will go into your HRA or HSA after the preventative exam and your Health Assessment have been completed. For 2024 incentives, both steps need to be completed between January 1 and November 30, 2024.
Upon completion of both the preventative care exam and the online health assessment, employees and their covered spouses will receive their incentive funding. Funding is processed on a monthly basis so all completed activity will be updated by the 15th of the following month. In order to receive credit for the completion of the preventative exam, the claim will need to be fully processed. If the EOB for your visit has not been generated by the end of the month then the completion will be updated with the following month’s activity.
You can view your HRA and HSA accounts by logging on to www.hellofurther.com where you will be able to view your accounts and any employer funding that you have received including the incentive funding. If you have not previously registered for an account on the Further website you will need to call Further at 1-800-859-2144 to obtain your Further ID number so that you can get registered.

Employees and spouses enrolling in a Intact medical plan are encouraged to complete an annual preventive care visit with their physician. Intact believes our employees should manage their health in conjunction with their own physician. Establishing and maintaining a relationship with a primary care physician can help with early detection of many medical conditions.
When you go for your preventive care exam, BCBS will recognize that activity within their claims data, and will give you credit for that portion of the incentive requirements. (You must also complete an online health assessment to receive funding.)
