Open Enrollment Begins November 11

Open Enrollment for 2025 benefits will run from November 11 through November 22. Please review the important information below regarding the process and coverage options. This year’s enrollment is passive however, if you contribute to the HSA or either Flexible Spending Plan (HCFSA & DCFSA), you must make an election for 2025 contributions. We encourage you to register for one of our upcoming open enrollment webinars to find out more and ask questions. More information and dates are listed below.

What’s Changing

Since 2022, we have been pleased to maintain employee medical contribution rates, beating the national trend of steady 7-10% premium increases annually. However, as healthcare costs continue to rise, our 2025 employee and employer medical contributions will be increasing.

The HRA plan deductibles will also increase for the first time since 2018. As required by the IRS, HSA medical plan deductibles and voluntary contributions to a Health Savings Account will increase as follows:

  • HRA deductibles move from $900/$1,800 to $1,000/$2,000
  • HSA deductibles move from $3,200/$6,400 to $3,300/$6,600
  • HSA maximum contribution increase to $4,300 for employee only, $8,550 for all other tiers
